چکیده
Objective: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection has rapidly spread worldwide. Clinical outcomes and severity are still unknown can be difficult to predict. In this study, we perform a cross-sectional observational study investigate the clinical characteristics of ferritin high sensitivity C-reactive protein status patients infected with COVID-19 that may predict patient’s fate. Methods: A total 106 (56 males 50 females, their ages ranging from 19 70 years) who were confirmed have real-time RT-PCR recruited in study. Blood samples withdrawn, biochemical tests (serum protein) performed. The gained data analyzed using GraphPad Prism software. Results: Overall, findings showed increased day 1 7 then decreased on 14 after diagnosis released full recovery. While they dramatically those moved intensive care unit or died 14. No gender-based differences noted. Conclusions: These suggest fate predicted at based these two biomarkers.

Comparative analysis of Bayer wide-range C-reactive protein (wr-CRP) and the Dade-Behring high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with inflammatory bowel disease.
OBJECTIVE The recently introduced Bayerwide-range C-reactive protein (wr-CRP) assay might be relevant for the real-time low-cost and online determination of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) activity. Our aim was to examine whether wr-CRP can substitute for the Dade Behring high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) assay in IBD patients. METHODS A total of 71 patients with IBD, of whom 48 h...
متن کاملAssociation between high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels and the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) and/or microembolic signals after carotid angioplasty and stenting
Background: To evaluate the association between pre/post-procedural high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) level and hs-CRP difference, and the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) or new diffusion-weighted MRI lesions after carotid angioplasty and stenting (CAS). Methods: In this study, conducted in 2016 in Shiraz (Iran), patients who underwent diagnostic angiography and CAS...
متن کاملHigh Sensitivity C Reactive Protein (hs-CRP) in Adolescent and Young Adult Patients with History of Kawasaki Disease.
BACKGROUND For children with a history of Kawasaki disease (KD), low grade inflammation was generally reported to be associated with persistent coronary artery lesions (CAL). However, this association has not been clearly demonstrated to hold true in KD adolescents and young adults (10-25 years of age). METHODS We enrolled 104 subjects into our study, who were separated into the following 3 g...
متن کاملRelationships of Serum Level of High- Sensitivity C- Reactive Protein (hs- CRP) and White Blood Cell (WBC) Count with Gamma- Glutamyltransferase among Iranian Healthy Adults
Background & Objective: There are many common infections and inflammations among people over the world. This demands an affordable and reliable test with high sensitivity/specificity to predict or confirm the diagnosis of such cases in routinely clinical practice. In the present study, we aimed to find any potential correlation between serum levels of GGT and CRP- Q and/or hs- CRP and ...
متن کاملWhat Do Very Low Plasma Concentrations of High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein (hs-CRP) Mean among Healthy Middle-aged Koreans?
BACKGROUND Systemic low-grade inflammation (SLGI), as assessed by measurements of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), is a strong independent risk factor for cardiovascular diseases (CVD). Although individuals with hs-CRP ≤ 1 mg/L have been defined as being at low risk according to AHA/CDC guidelines, the value of very low hs-CRP levels (<0.5 mg/L) for public health practices is uncle...
